Daniel 7:22 Turnaround Prayer Initiative

TODAY | NOW | 7 PRAYER POINTS

“[Then] the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One,  and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.” (Daniel 7:22; NASB)

During a recent time of prayer with our 50 State Generals and Advisory Council, a prophecy came forth about Daniel 7:22 being decreed in all 50 states for a national turnaround. We spoke with some other leaders and all agreed that decrees should be made according to Daniel 7:22 on Wednesday, 7/22/20. We believe this will be a day for turnaround to begin in the United States of America!

We knew that our friends, Jon and Jolene Hamill, had previously gone to all 50 states beginning in 2014 on what they called a Turnaround Tour, decreeing Daniel 7:22 decrees.

So, just what is the Daniel 7:22 Turnaround Prayer Initiative?

Jon explains, “Daniel 7:22 conveys how the Ancient of Days takes His seat, and judgment is rendered in favor of the saints—restraining the forces of darkness and releasing the saints to possess the Kingdom.”

God has called us to stand in authority! Here are key prayer points and decrees for 7/22 from the Reformation Prayer Network’s 50 State Generals and Advisory Council. May we pull on the timing and grace of God on Wednesday, 7/22, to complete our nation’s Turnaround!

  • A call to repentance. Profoundly, the Hebrew word for ‘turnaround’ also means ‘repentance’! God is calling us to a higher standard personally and nationally. Joel 2 is key. Let’s pray for an anointing of holy conviction to grip the church once again! [Jon Hamill]
  • Let the Church arise in unity! We pray for the Church to rise up in its God-given authority to lead the culture, speak truth into our nation, and offer hope and light. Our nation needs Jesus—may His Church be unified in declaring Him over all else! [Dave Kubal]
  • Let the Ekklesia speak into the darkness and bring in His Light! Lift our voices as the Ekklesia of God. Let our voices arise above the crowds, above the chaos, above the confusion. Let us have keenly aware eyes and ears and mouths. Let us hear what we need to hear and speak into the darkness, causing light and revelation to come forth. We speak into he structures of darkness that are synergizing against our nation. The synergy that will win is the synergy of the Ekklesia; the synergy of the people of the Kingdom of God. We declare from Isaiah 60:2, “Darkness as black as night covers the nations of the earth, but the glory of the Lord is rising upon us!” [Tom Schlueter]
  • Ending enmity, violence, and fear. We declare that all demonic spirits that have been unleashed across this land to stir up enmity and violence – and that are hindering the people from hearing, receiving, and walking in truth — are bound in Jesus’ name. We declare that every scheme of darkness that is raging in the atmosphere to cause a stumbling and wedge of division among the people of this land is bound in Jesus’ name. Lord, we speak and release Your love and truth! In Jesus’ name, we declare every weapon that is being wielded to bring a yoke of bondage, division, fear, hopelessness, and oppression is broken now. We declare where racism has held its grip throughout our culture, that the Father’s heart of love will deeply move on hearts and great healing will come to this land.   • Exposing duplicity. The definition of duplicity is saying and acting in two different ways or double-dealing. There is a true movement of racial justice rising. We say that this next level of healing for the nation will not be overtaken by those with other agendas. The real issues are getting covered up by spiritual hitchhikers, such as Marxism, Socialism, and anarchy. We command truth to expose all of the darkness. We say to the darkness, “Get in the light!” “How long, Lord, … will the wicked be jubilant? They pour out arrogant words; all the evildoers are full of boasting.” (Psalm 94:1-3;NIV) Deliver us!   • Turnaround for Israel and America together. We believe God has raised up President Trump for such a time as this to secure our nation’s friendship, support, and covenant with Israel. As we stand for Israel’s inheritance to be secured, the window opens to secure our covenant inheritance for generations to come. [Jon Hamill]
  • Complete the turnaround! 2020 marks the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Compact, covenanting this land to Christ. One way or another, decisions we make this year shift us generationally at a magnitude we now barely perceive. God is holding out an unprecedented opportunity for us to align with His covenant and complete the unfinished task before us. We must secure LIFE! We say every covenant with death and hell are annulled! We must move beyond the reproach of prejudice within our justice system and our culture. We must dis-empower dark forces within our nation, which some call the deep state, which seek to co-opt our freedom governance for their own means. [Jon Hamill]
