CONNECTICUT Proclamation of Decrees
Against Anarchy, Civil Unrest, and Terrorism In America
Whereas, Kingdom Watchmen is a ‘prophetic community mobilizing apostolic prayer’, whose leader is ordained by the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening and is commissioned by Apostle and Prophet of national and international strategic prayer ministries, and works with regional, county, city and state leaders, watchmen, prayer warriors throughout Connecticut, who carry apostolic authority within their designated region counties. And partnering together with the CT Watchmen Council and gatekeepers in each region, we strategize and secure the gates of our State, Connecticut and our Nation. We Contend as One! We command, we confront, we conquer through and with Christ our King!
Whereas, we embrace our identity and mandate as God’s Kingdom Ekklesia, a governing ruling body, called to align Heaven and Earth by legislating Kingdom rule in societal and cultural matters. Therefore, we take our God given SEATS of authority in Christ in heavenly realms, to release Divine Decrees revealed by God; to establish, protect, restore, and preserve God’s original redemptive plan for the land and people of our State, Connecticut and Nation, the USA to the Glory of God!
Whereas, this Kingdom Watchmen Ekklesia moves in Kingdom Authority, according to Matthew 16:19, Jesus has given us the keys of the Kingdom of heaven; that whatsoever we bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. And according to Luke 10:19, “Behold, I have given you authority to walk on serpents and scorpions, and authority over all the power of the enemy, and nothing in any way will harm you.”
Whereas, Job 22:28 (NKJV) states, “You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light (revelation & truth) will shine on your ways.”
Whereas, Isaiah 43:26 states, “Put Me (the LORD GOD) in remembrance of My word, Let us contend together: State your case, that you may be acquitted (vindicated, avenged).”
Statement of Case:
Plaintiffs: The Ekklesia, Kingdom Citizens of the United States of America, -v-
Defendant ‘No Kings Protest’ – the 50501 Movement (50 Protests, 50 States, 1 movement)
The plaintiffs seek a ‘Cease and Desist’ order from the Courts of Heaven against the ‘No Kings’ movement of supposedly peaceful protests and rallies across America, in defiance against President Donald J. Trump and his policies, on Saturday June 14, 2025.
The 50501movement defies the President’s military parade celebrating the 250th year anniversary of the U.S. Army on June 14th, which is also the President’s birthday. The movement embraces the demonic decree “In America, We Don’t Do Kings…NO KINGS!, on the allegations that “They’ve defied our courts, deported Americans, disappeared people off the streets, attacked our civil rights. And slashed our services. The corruption has gone too far—No thrones. No crowns. No kings.”
This movement presents opportunities to other groups, both domestic and international, whose coalitions and agendas are framed in the spirit of anarchy, rebellion, and terrorism; being corrupt, violent, and potentially terroristic in nature, for the purpose to dispossess, steal, kill and destroy our nation, governments, and republic. Evidence of which has already begun in Los Angeles, California, USA.
This Ekklesia stands to shut the gates to the enemy and open the gates to the King of Glory, Great and Mighty warrior! We overthrow Satan’s decree with a righteous decree: “In America, NO KING BUT JESUS! NO CROWN BUT JESUS! NO THRONE BUT JESUS!”
Now Therefore, Be It Ordained that this Kingdom Watchmen Ekklesia proclaims the following Corporate decrees, established on God’s word:
Father God Adonai, El Elyon, in the name of Jesus and power of your Holy Spirit,
In the eternal priesthood and Order of Melchizedek of Jesus Christ, we the Ekklesia of Kingdom Watchman, an Apostolic/Prophetic strategic prayer ministry, and God’s Legislative Body, make this Proclamation Decree on behalf of Connecticut and our Nation, the United States of America:
We Decree that we, as the Kingdom Watchmen Ekklesia, appeal to the Courts of Heaven where you rule as Chief Judge of creation.
“For the Lord is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the Lord is our KING: it is He who will save us.”
According to Daniel 7:9-10, we ask that the court be seated and the books of prophetic destinies be opened.
We Decree that our appearance and proceedings in the courts are legal by the shed blood of Jesus Christ; and the covenant testimony of His blood speaks in the courts ‘better things’ –redemptive life, liberty, righteousness and justice—on our behalf.
“For righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne.” (Psalm 89:14)
We further appeal and stand in the grace of your eternal purpose and apostolic mandate to the church, according to Ephesians 3:10-12 (TPT):
“The (eternal) purpose of this was to unveil before every throne rank of angelic orders in the heavenly realm God’s full and diverse wisdom revealed through the church. This perfectly wise plan was destined from eternal ages and fulfilled completely in our Lord Jesus Christ, so now in boldness through Him, and free access as kings we stand before the Father because of our complete confidence in Christ’s faithfulness.”
We Decree we stand before you to present our case in which we ask with boldness and confidence to receive a ruling verdict of ‘the battle being turned at the gates’, for the battle belongs to you; a divine restraining order enacted on all enemy forces; and overcoming victory by the blood of Jesus, that shall manifest in healing, restoration, and revival of our nation.
“And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.” (1 Samuel 17:47)
We Decree we enter your courts with humility, repentance and thanksgiving according to your word:
“If my people who are called my name would humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Thus, we humble our hearts in repentance of personal and corporate sins of our Nation, the Ekklesia, governments, and the land—sins of idolatry, rebellion, witchcraft, hatred, lawlessness, murder, innocent bloodshed, human sacrificing, anarchy, violence, terrorism, defiance, deception, unbelief, and all acts displeasing, defiling behaviors. We ask for forgiveness and cleansing by the blood of Jesus.
We repent of coming into alliance and allegiance with the political and religious spirits operating in the seven mountains of our culture, partnering with bribery, robbery, ethnic hatred, anti-Christ, and antisemitic attitudes. Father, purge our iniquities, forgive us these sins and heal our land.
We Decree that this Ekklesia acknowledges and give thanks to you sovereign LORD and King:
“The Lord, He is God in heaven and above and on the earth below; there is no other.” (Deut. 4:39}
“For by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things and in Him all things hold together.” (Col. 1:16-17)
“Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad, let them say among the nations, ‘The Lord reigns.” (1 Chronicles 16:31)
“The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; and He turns it wherever He wills. (Proverbs 21:1)
We Decree that the PEACE of God rules over Chaos in CT, NE, America, according to John 16:33, “…in the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” The banner of Jehovah Shalom, God our Peace, hovers over America destroying the authority of all chaos. All disorder is dismantled and replaced by the Order of Melchizedek, King of Righteousness and King of Peace.
We Decree Divine Protection in CT, NE, America, its state, local town and city governments and leaders, military and public safety, constitution, institutions, and families are safe and secure, abiding under the shadow of Shaddai, and hidden in the strength of God Most High” (Psalms 91:1-2 TPT)
We Decree all plans of civil and political unrest targeted for the cities and towns of Connecticut and across this Nation on June 14, 2025 or times thereafter, are supernaturally intercepted by the arm of God. We close the gates in Connecticut and our nation to defiant behavior and chaotic activities meant to harm and or violently destroy. We command the financing of these agendas to dry up and be no more. We bind all acts of bribery for unjust causes and decree their exposure and judgement. We proclaim Zech. 2:5 for Connecticut, God be a wall of fire around us and glory in our midst.
We Decree Vindication for our Connecticut and nation, governments and leaders. “No weapon formed against America shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgement you shall condemn. “Isaiah 54:17
“All things work together for good for those who love God and are called to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
“Vindicate me, O God, and plead my case against an ungodly nation; deliver me from deceitful and unjust men.”(Psalms 43:1)
“Who will bring charge against my God’s elect? God is the one who justifies us.” (Romans 8:33)
We Decree that this Ekklesia stands BOLD in Faith, and through BOLD FAITH every voice and agenda of accusers, activists, influencers of anarchy, rebellion, terrorism, including assassinations be SILENCED and STOPPED NOW! In the Mighty name of Jesus. CEASE and DESIST your manipulative schemes.
“Through faith’s power they conquered kingdoms and established true justice. Their faith fastened onto their promises and pulled them into reality! It was faith that shut the mouths of the Lions, and put out the power of raging fire, and caused many to escape certain death by the sword.” (Hebrews 11:33, TPT)
We Decree like with Daniel in the Lion’s den, God send forth your commissioned angels to shut the mouth of every roaring lion. We Decree that all plans of evil in contradiction to God’s will for our nation and families will fall to frustration. Psalms 33:10-11 declares, The LORD brings the counsel of nations to nothing: He frustrates the plans of the peoples. But the counsel of the LORD stands forever…for all generations.”
We Decree that the spirit of ANARCHY in our nation be dismantled. According to Romans 13:1-5 TPT: Every person must submit to and support the authorities over him, every authority is instituted by God…to resist authority is to resist the divine order of God, resulting in severe consequences. For civil authorities don’t intimidate those doing good, but those who are evil. So do what’s right that you don’t fear those in authority.
We Decree the restoration of God’s Righteousness and Justice as the standards for our nation, state, city, town governments, and institutions. According to Psalms 89:14, “righteousness and justice are the foundations of Gods throne”; Proverbs 21:3, states “to do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.”; Isaiah 1:17, “Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, and please the widow’s cause.” It is righteousness that exalts a nation. (Proverbs 14:34)
“And let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever- flowing stream.” (Amos 5:4) Bring speedy justice, oh God!
We decree the covenant of the blood of Jesus is speaking better things for our families, cities, states and nation. The manifestation of God’s healing glory to restore, revive and reform.
Let Awakening increase for the church of God, for those walking in darkness, that we all may serve the one true living God.
We decree the enemies’ schemes are destroyed and their plans shall backfire on them. Isaiah 28: 17-18, TPT:
“I will set justice as the true measurement and integrity its plumbline. My hailstorm will sweep away your refuge of lies, and my floodwaters will overwhelm your hiding place. Then your covenant with death will be annulled and your pact with the underworld will not stand. And when the overwhelming scourge sweeps over joy, it will sweep you away.”
We decree that the glory of the Lord is rising over the Connecticut, New England and the United States of America, and God’s redemptive plan is being reset.
In that day, Lord Yahweh, commander of Angel Armies, will be a crown of glory and a diadem of beauty for the remnant of His people. He will be a Spirit of Justice for judges to render right decisions and he will be strength and bravery for those who turn the battle at the gate.” (Isaiah 28:5-6 TPT)
